Alternative Evaluation Before Purchase


In business competition, company need a perfect strategy to make a beter quality product and better price to compete with others. Factors that affect consumer loyality can be notice from consumer preference rank of the attributes considered which is :
1.      Price. Price determine alternatives selection, which mean consumer tend to choose cheaper product than the expensive one
2.      Brand. Brand reflect the quality of product, which mean the quality of older brand can reduce the risk of bad decision of purchasing. So the consumer can trust older brand than the new one.
3.      Country of Origin.  Country of origin have big impact to potential consumers, because country of origin always provide the image of quality product. So the potential consumer won’t have any doubt about the quality when purchasing.

4.      Salience Evaluation Criteria. Salience concept is the reflect of idea which evaluation criteria have a different effect on different consumers and products
